Made with 100% Treixadura, a white grape variety found in the Ribeiro region, the wine is fermented at cold temperature in order to keep the aromatic concentration at its most pure and is then aged on its lees.
Aromas of citrus, apple, melon and yellow plum with mineral notes and a hint of delicate white flowers. A very elegant and flavourful wine with a great acidity and a long finish.
