Developed from inspiration of our holidays in Greece. Memories of sunshine, great seafood and even better street food. Big Phat Greek Seasoning is packed with the traditional flavours of the sunshine Island, think quality Oregano, Rosemary, Lemon, Cinnamon and Salt.


Delicious for making homemade Gyros and Souvlaki - grilled chicken, pork or shrimp stuffed into pitas with Greek salad and our Red Dawg Hot Sauce......nóstima!!


Apply an even coating, use at approx 3-4% meat weight, or use mixed with with olive oil & lemon juice - leave to marinade for at least 1 hour, but ideally overnight.
